Your Productivity Partner

For a workforce that is supported, sustained, and genuinely well.

J2 ARMS works alongside organisations across the United Kingdom, Europe, and Southern Africa. We bring recovery-informed, strengths-based coaching into everyday workplace environments. We are not a benefits platform or a wellness app. We are not another dashboard for HR to monitor. What we provide is a coaching infrastructure close to the human experience of work. It holds pressure, complexity, and quiet strain that performance data rarely reveals. Our work puts the being back in the human at work.
That is where real productivity begins.

Why a Productivity Partner?

What it means to be a Productivity Partner.

Most organisations already invest in their people through training, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives. What they often lack is an ongoing, human layer of support. This support travels with employees through pressure, change, and life outside the role. That gap is where absence, disengagement, and quiet attrition begin to form. This often happens long before it appears on a dashboard or in an exit interview.

As your Productivity Partner, J2 ARMS provides that layer. Our accredited coaches offer regular, confidential conversations. These conversations help employees stay steady and make sense of what they carry. They support employees to keep moving forward in work and life. When people are genuinely supported, productivity follows as a consequence.

Productivity becomes a result rather than a target. The culture of the organisation shifts alongside this change. This is not a programme that runs for a quarter and finishes. It is an embedded coaching relationship that strengthens your workforce over time.

It deepens rather than fades with familiarity.

What We Do

A coaching layer that fits the organisation you already run.

Our corporate engagements are built around three principles that shape everything we deliver.

Strengths-based, not deficit-based. We work from what is already strong in a person and build outward from there. Our coaches are trained to recognise capability, resilience and possibility even in the middle of a difficult chapter, and to help employees do the same for themselves.

Systemic, not isolated. People do not arrive at work as separate selves. Our coaches hold the whole context of a person’s life, relationships, pressures and aspirations, because that wider picture is where sustainable change actually lives.

Confidential, and meant. Every coaching conversation is protected under strict confidentiality, aligned to GDPR and NHS Digital standards. Confidentiality is not a footnote buried in our terms of service, it is the precondition for the work to carry any honesty at all.

Wellness in a Box

Wellness in a Box, because HR already has enough to carry.

HR leaders today are asked to be strategists, mediators, compliance officers, culture-shapers and first responders to whatever lands on their desk that morning. One of the things we hear most often is a straightforward request: take the complication out of it. That is what Wellness in a Box is designed to do.

Rather than asking HR to diagnose, triage and case-manage individual employee situations, you refer the person to us and we take it from there. A typical pathway begins with a three-session evaluation, during which the coach works with the employee to understand what is really happening, agree what support looks like, and set the direction for the work that follows. It is a clean, contained start that gives both the employee and the organisation clarity before any longer commitment is made.

For organisations that want continuity rather than ad-hoc referrals, we also operate a retainer model. You hold an agreed capacity of coaching support across the year, we handle the people who come through, and you have the peace of mind that comes from knowing the infrastructure is already in place when someone needs it. Referral, support and follow-through all sit on our side, not yours, which frees HR to do the work only HR can do, and frees your people to be people again.

How it lands for Organisations

What organisations notice over time.

Organisations that bring J2 ARMS in as a Productivity Partner tend to describe a similar set of shifts over the months that follow. Conversations with line managers become easier because employees have somewhere else to take the weight, and the weight stops leaking sideways into team dynamics. HR escalations slow down because issues are caught earlier, in coaching, before they harden into grievances, formal processes or long-term absence. Retention improves because people feel supported as whole humans rather than managed as headcount, and culture begins to carry a different quality, one in which it is legitimate to be a person at work and not only a performer.

Alongside these cultural shifts, we track measurable indicators with every corporate client, including engagement, absence patterns and the anonymised themes emerging from coaching, so that the organisation can act on what it is learning about itself.

Real Impact

The work we are genuinely proud of.

Some of what we do shows up in engagement scores and absence data. Some of it does not.

In the time we have been working with organisations, our coaches have been alongside staff members in moments of genuine crisis, including conversations that have contributed to suicide prevention and to people finding a way through the darkest stretches of their lives. We have supported employees through circumstances that would otherwise have kept them out of work for weeks or months, helping them stabilise, return and reintegrate rather than disappear into long-term absence. And we have walked with staff through periods of significant change, adaptation and performance recovery, helping them find a different way of showing up once the old way had stopped working.

These outcomes rarely appear in a quarterly review. They do, however, appear in the lives of the people we work with, and in the organisations that chose to invest in them. This is where putting the being back in the human stops being a phrase and starts being the actual shape of the work.

Who This is For

Organisations we work with.

We partner with corporates and SMEs who take the wellbeing of their people seriously and who want something more substantive than a surface-level intervention. Our work is particularly suited to organisations operating in high-pressure sectors, those managing significant change, and those in regulated environments where duty of care is not a box to tick but a standard to be met.

Our coaches hold accredited certification through the International Coaches Register and U-ACT. Collectively, the team carries more than twenty-five thousand hours of client work, which is the difference between a coaching service you can buy and a coaching infrastructure you can rely on.

The Human Case, And the Business Case

Two ways of reading the same outcome.

There is a human case for this work and a business case for this work, and we resist any framing that makes one feel like the price of the other.

The human case is the simpler of the two. When people feel seen, supported and trusted, they show up differently, to their work, to their colleagues, and to their own lives. That change is rarely dramatic, but it compounds.

The business case follows from it. Supported employees take fewer unplanned days, stay in their roles longer, raise issues earlier, and perform with more consistency across the year. The research on workplace coaching and wellness programmes is well established on this point, and our own client evidence reflects it closely.

Both cases deserve to be made, and both are made better when they are made together.

Start a Conversation

If this sounds like the kind of partner your organisation needs, we would welcome an exploratory conversation. No pitch deck, no pressure, just a considered discussion about what is happening inside your workforce and whether our approach is a good fit for where you are.

Whatever else we do, this is the work. Putting the being back in the human, one coaching conversation at a time, one employee at a time, one organisation at a time.
